The following items come standard with our Wisper Creek Log Homes*:

Exterior walls and gables with your choice of Traditional Round or Appalachian Square timbers. 2"x 6" framed construction, 7/16" sheathing, house wrap. Finished with your choice of stain and chink colors with standard vinyl dual glazed windows installed. Main level height 10'.

Additional chinking to finish joint seams on gables and corner posts after installation.

Interior log component package (center king post, gable king posts, purlins, staircase, newel posts and interior railings).

Roof system (12/12 roof pitch) complete with 5/8” sheathing.

Loft system complete with log support beams, 2”x 4” loft floor joists, and 2/4" tongue and groove OSB flooring. main level ceiling material not included
